1) If there is a particular day and/or time that you are hoping for, but it is not coming up, please give us a call! While the online booking system is extremely convenient, it does not "know" our schedule like we know our schedule.
2) The booking system will request a credit card for verification and to hold your appointment only. Your card will NOT be charged. The only reason that your card would be charged is in the event of violation of our policies as stated below:
We at La Amorah understand that life happens and issues arise, causing last-minute cancellations. We also believe in being fair. In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, we will make note of said cancellation. However, if it happens again within one calendar year, a 50% charge of the appointed service will be addressed. *If you reschedule your appointment, but the initial appointment that is being rescheduled is within the 24-hour timeframe, this is still considered a cancellation.*
No Show/No Call
We request that you respect our service providers, as their time is valuable. As stated in our cancellation policy, we understand that life happens. We ask that you, at the very least, call to make us aware that you are not able to make your appointment. In the event of a no show/no call:
-First occurrence: 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
-Second occurrence: 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file,
and client risks loss of future appointments with La Amorah.
