We are happy to provide our guests the convenience of booking their appointments online!

Before submitting an appointment request, we kindly ask that you read through some of the guidelines below to promote a successful booking experience.

New Clients

If you have never been to our salon, welcome! If you are looking for anything more than a haircut, we kindly request that you schedule a consultation first. This is to ensure we have the appropriate time in our schedules to dedicate to you and your service.

Please add a detailed note in your appointment request

If you could let us know what you are looking for in your service in the notes section, that will assist us in ensuring appropriate timing has been requested.

When in doubt, reach out!

If there is a particular day and/or time that you are hoping to find availability that is not showing up, please give us a call! While the online booking system is convenient, it's still got its quirks.

Be sure to read and understand our policies:

A VALID CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL SERVICES

Your card will not be charged unless there is a violation of our cancellation and/or no-show policies as stated below.

Cancellation Policy:

For all cancellations, and appointment changes (i.e. from a color service to just a haircut) a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. In the event of cancellations and appointment changes in less than 48 hours, a 50% Fee of the appointmed service will be charged to the card on file. 

No-Show/No-Call Policy:

In the event of a no-show/no-call, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the appointed service. 

*Please take note- it never brings us joy to enforce our policies as stated above. But just as we value your time and your patronage to this small business, this is our effort to ensure that our stylist's time is valued in the same manner. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
